As a certified drone operator, stock photographer and with a background in GIS, I’m naturally interested in and see opportunities with the emerging technologies of AI augmented reality. I foresee that geospatial representations of businesses and places will be commonplace to increase customer awareness and engagement and I also see a market for AR stock as a new category of stock digital asset. I aim to position myself to provide this new type of media. 

Google’s Maps ‘Immersive View’ fuses street view and aerial images to create a rich, digital model of the world. As of November 23’ this is available in landmarks and large cities but it is surely a taste of things to come for all bricks and mortar businesses.

Experimenting with AI Radiance Fields: 

Using AI LumaAi to create 3D 'photogrammetry' style fly-throughs of properties and landmarks will be an effective way to showcase buildings and landmarks. Potential applications could include constructions sites, estate agency and tourism.
